The ZeroG 2.0 is an entry level massage chair. So, please set your expectations accordingly. This chair was purchased to replace a Panasonic I had in my bedroom that was 16 years old and losing function. I love the ZeroG 2.0 because it is compact and relatively light weight when compared to my full featured massage chair which has every feature (including heat and music along with air but is too heavy to consider moving upstairs. The ZeroG 2.0 functions as a bedroom chair and a light massage chair. The ZeroG position gives this basic functioning massage chair greater depth of massage because of the users weight than if it were not ZeroG with its medium at best intensity massage motors.
You would noticed the difference when compared to a more expensive massage chair. However, I do enjoy this chair and find it performed better than my retired 16+ year old Panasonic at its best. The ZeroG 2.0 does include a calf massager not mentioned and is hidden when not in use. I have had my ZeroG 2.0 for just over 2 years and it meets my massage expectation for massage relief. I suggest you try an expensive massage chair prior to making this purchase so you will know what features you do not have in the ZeroG 2.0 as well as the level of massage intensities available. One final thing - massage chairs are rated expected life wise based on the use per day. So, if everyone in your family is looking for a free massage, the massage chair's expected life diminishes greatly although you are covered for the warranty period completely.
This chair is worth every penny spent. I'm 50 years old and any physical activity has me feel miserable. After being in this chair I felt I was 3 inches taller and half my age again. I'm ready for what ever life has for me to do now. Thanks human touch your a life saver.
