I bought the chair in May 2010. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust. The only weak spot is the cable used to recline the chair which has broken twice right where it connects to the brake mechanism. They sent me new cables for free, but charged shipping the second time it broke. It takes about 45 minutes to remove the old cable and replace it with the new one. I hope they develop a stronger cable since I don't relish the annual task of replacing the cable!

I was diagnosed with cancer in my back and near my spine in 2004. A dear friend had this chair and gave it to me. It was the only place I could sleep without pain! I still have the chair 8 years later and it looks like a new chair. I still sleep in it at least two nights a week! I may change other furniture pieces, but this chair will never be replaced!

I recently had back surgery and I honestly do not know what I would have done without this chair, for the first several weeks it was the only thing that could bring me relief and I love it. It really is the perfect chair. I upgraded the leather and added the memory foam. It is really a great chair.

I purchased this chair in 2003 after having back surgery. My back is doing great now and I atribute most of it to this chair. The only drawback is that the cable used to recline the chair has broken twice. The good thing is that it was easy to repair the first time, and Human Touch has been great about sending me a replacement the second.

I just got my Perfect Chair four days ago, and I think the best description for it really is "PERFECT"! I'd been wanting one of these chairs for quite some time since I first saw one. I have major back problems and have a really hard time finding chairs that are comfortable for me to sit in, but this chair is awesome!

Very nice looking a stylish. Unfortunately, it appears to be designed only for short people (I'm 6'4"). The depth of the seat is too shallow. I bought the extending footrest to help keep my feet from dangling, but that does not solve the shallow seat depth problem. Thus, it's not very comfortable when partially reclined.
