My wife and I loved our chair for about 8 months we each used it once or twice a week then the neopreem gears stripped off and we were out of the warranty I took the chair apart and found out that the main motor with the worm gear attached to the plastic mounts had broken I took the plastic cover off the worm gear I saw that that neopreem gear was not long for this world no wonder the model was discontinued it was designed to fail I just wish I had waited now I just have a frustrating piece of furniture that does not work niether my wife or I are overweight so it is not like we rough housed it to death I dont really want to spend 200 dollars for 2 dollars worth of parts but what choice do I have
