The ONLY gripe I have is the neck massage does not massage all that good, (does not go up far enough) I’m 5’7. What I do is scoot down a little bit and that solves the problem. I really don’t see any improvement this massaging chair needs other than go up a little bit higher on the neck. I give you chair 5 stars out of 5 stars. Thank you for building a quality product that relieves my back back and relaxes me, even though it is temporary, I will take that than none at all. Please share this with your company and let everyone know they built a very good product, from the style, comfort and the leather, I love it all. Thank you so much,

The massage is great, though don't expect it to beat some of the higher end chairs - its perfect for a relaxing evening. Even if you don't use the massage features, this is a great chair - period.
