I purshased this not for leisure but for pain relief of my left ankle. I suffer from tarsal tunnel syndrome. This has reduced my pain next to minimal; there for a while I had many sleepless nights. Now I am sleeping better since I purchased this product & started using it. If you suffer from severe ankle pain I say to you .. purchase this. By the way I had surgery on my left ankle to release the tendon, the surgery didn't help but I am at least sleeping for the mean time.
