Great massage action...better than a human massage. The only downfall to this unit is that the screws that connect the side paddles that squeeze your feet break off from the mechanism inside of the unit. I have had three of these pads break, all in the same place. Engineers need to increase the strength of the the screws that connect the side pads to the inside mechanism. All three defective units have been replaced by the manufacturer though.

Terrific. Gives a SERIOUS foot massage. you will feel big relief after the massage. It is a little bit heavy. but after all it is a great product. I like it squeeze then release my feet, it is way better than a human work on my feet.
